McNally Jackson Books

Peace to Dustin and everyone at McNally Books for carrying “Mental Diet”. It’s an honor and privilege for my book to be on your shelves.  I’m also appreciative and honored to be on the shelves of  St. Marks Bookshop and Dare Books. My goal is for “Mental Diet” to transform peoples lives. We have to achieve greatness, if we don’t then we’re letting down ourselves and the world. Btw Peace to Carlos from the Brooklyn Promenade. Keep rhyming. We need your skills to impact the world. Also, support McNally Jackson (www.mcnallyjackson.com), St. Marks Bookshop (www.stmarksbookshop.com) and Dare Books (www.darebooks.com). We need places to not only browse, purchase books, but, to interact and share ideas with each other.

Letting You Know

Wassup Everybody,

About a month or maybe less than a month ago, I posted on Twitter that I stopped eating meat. I’m not claiming to be a Vegetarian or a Vegan. I still eat eggs and fish. Once in a while, I’ll indulge in whole or low fat milk. Of course, I wholeheartedly support anyone’s decision to not purchase “Mental Diet”. It’s your choice. Nevertheless, it’s still an amazing book which encourages people to strive for their dreams. I still love the book. Nevertheless, my decision in abstaining from meat is for my transformation on this journey towards a better life.  I don’t know when I’ll resume eating meat ie turkey and chicken. Maybe in a few months, maybe never. I’ll keep everyone posted.

Peace
